These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PresleyLibrary website (“the Site”), operated by J. J. Presley (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Contest Submissions

By submitting artwork or materials to the PresleyLibrary Art Contest, you acknowledge and agree that:

You must review and agree to the Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before submitting.
You are responsible for ensuring your submission meets the eligibility rules and guidelines.
Technical issues with Google Forms, file uploads, or third‑party services are outside our control.
We may disqualify submissions that violate rules, fail to meet requirements, or breach the NDA.

Contest rules and NDAs may be updated as needed.

Third‑Party Services

Some features of the Site rely on third‑party services, including but not limited to:

Google Forms (contest submissions)
Social media platforms
Wix membership and comment systems

We are not responsible for the availability, accessibility, or data practices of third‑party services.

No Guarantees

We strive to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee:

that the Site will always be available
that content will be error‑free
that contest timelines will remain unchanged
that third‑party services will function as expected

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresleyLibrary and its owner are not liable for:

damages arising from use or inability to use the Site
loss of data
user behavior or content posted by others
issues caused by third‑party services
